1. Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but should take no more than 2-3 working days.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
West Malaysia : 3 - 5 Working Days
East Malaysia : 5 - 7 Working Days
Others : Varies
I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
3. Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped via Pos Ekspress or Pos Laju Malaysia whichever deemed suitable according to respective order. All orders will be able to be traced via www.expresstrack.net

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

2. Sizing Details
Paper sizes are true to size (5x7 is 5'' x 7'', etc.). If you request a custom size other than 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, there may be additional charges associated with my needing to get supplies/paper for you!
3. Who makes the products?
I make each product BY HAND unless stated otherwise in the description of the product. They are all 100% customizable if you want to change ink color(s) or add watercolor to them.
4. Wholesale availability

5. Returns and Exchanges
Before submitting your order, please make sure all of your information are correct. This includes spelling and punctuation.
Items ordered may vary from the item shown in the shop picture. This is both because of lighting and ink color over time. I typically send a picture through a conversation of your work prior to shipping it so you can double check it, but you can always request this as your check out.
If I have made an error or mistake, I will GLADLY correct it!
